With a heavy heart, I am sharing that I will be leaving the Gillespie Center.

My time with the Gillespie Center over the last two years has brought me immense fulfillment and joy. I have come to deeply love the Center, its people, and its mission. Recently, however, an unexpected opportunity arose that I cannot refuse, and I will be returning to my long-time work leading a large business and technology program.

I am working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure a strong transition plan is in place. In the short term, the Executive Leadership Team—Betty Carlson, Cindy Palm, Linda Blakstvedt, and Michelle Seeman—will serve as your day-to-day leadership team. To ensure a smooth transition, I will continue supporting the leadership team over the next several weeks to maintain the momentum we have built together.

I will deeply miss the Gillespie Center, its members, and this community. Thank you for the trust, support, and kindness you have shown me—it has truly been an honor to serve.
