2013 Gillespie Center Rental Rates


Full Day Rentals Friday (pm) / Saturday / Sunday  
10 hour event rental ($50/ additional hour) $850  
Building monitor for 10 hours $150  
Total rental cost for 10 hours $1,000  
     
Deposit, refundable after event $400  
Charge if liquor is served $175

Lost Lake 1 $125 for 2 hours $150 for 2 hours

Cottonwood $100 for 2 hours $125 for 2 hours
Board room $55 for 2 hours $60 for 2 hours
* $15 per hour monitor fee will be charged for hourly rentals after 4 PM M-F, and anytime Fri-Sun.

PLEASE NOTE:

Rooms will not be reserved without a signed rental form and reservation deposit.

Balance of rental fee and damage deposit are due NO LATER than 2 weekss prior to event date.

Additional fees and/or damage deposits may be required for unique events.

If no damage or additional cleanup is incurred, your damage deposit check will be returned to you within 14 days of your event.

No outside food or beverage can be brought into the Gillespie Center.

The Gillespie Center has a list of preferred caterers available upon request from the rental coordinator.

Coffee/tea service may be purchased from the Gillespie Center for meetings. Prices include coffee, cups, napkins, cream and sugar.

1 - 12 cups $6.00
12 - 24 cups $12.00
24 - 36 cups $18.00
36 - 55 cups $28.00
