PLEASE NOTE:
Rooms will not be reserved without a signed rental form
and reservation deposit.
Balance of rental fee and damage deposit are due NO
LATER than 30 days prior to event date.
Additional fees and/or damage deposits may be required
for unique events.
If no damage or additional cleanup is incurred, your
damage deposit check will be returned to you within 14 days of your
event.
No outside food or beverage can be brought into the
Gillespie Center.
The Gillespie Center has a list of preferred caterers
available upon request from the rental coordinator.
